About CID
Founded in January 2005 by Product Engineer John Stinson, CID, Clear Image Devices LLC specializes in the development of positioning devices for medical imaging.
Our mission is to satisfy the needs of imaging technicians by providing a line of innovative positioning aids to handle the challenges of optimal patient positioning. Additionally, we work collaboratively with our customers to develop custom devices to meet the challenges of the variety in patients and variety of imaging environments.
With strong ties to the University of Michigan Medical Center, CID's research and development partner, Medical Prototype Devices LLC, has been designing creative clinical and research devices for over thirty years. Clear Image Devices' series of positioning devices is drawn from these many years of innovative development.
